Official eCFR title metadata reported an up-to-date date of 6 October 2026. Parts 124, 126, 127 and 128 were retrieved through the official API for that date. Annual CFR editions can lag amendments; the current consolidated text and official notices take precedence over a dated summary.

Limits

Public application and document guidance was inspected without an applicant account. Exact document requests depend on answers, entity structure and official notices. No company application was submitted or evaluated. Small Business Search was inspected without a company query; its listings are not reproduced here.

Arithmetic examples and tool tests use synthetic inputs. The sources establish program requirements. They do not tell us how often readers search for a subject or how likely a business is to win a contract.
